All physical CreteRoots products are shipped from Crete, Greece.

Orders are carefully prepared and dispatched within 3 business days from the time of purchase.

 

Estimated delivery times

• Greece: 7–10 business days

• Europe, USA, Canada & Australia: 7–14 business days

• United Kingdom: 10–14 business days

• Switzerland & Norway: 10–18 business days

 

Delivery times may vary depending on local postal services.

If physical shipping is not available to your country, the Eco-friendly cultivation program (digital download) remains available worldwide.

What happens if my order does not arrive?

If your order has not arrived, please first check the tracking information provided.

Delivery issues may occur for reasons such as:

• An incorrect or incomplete delivery address

• Unpaid customs or import fees (in this case, the order may be returned to us)

• Delay or loss during transit by the postal service

If the issue is not resolved, please contact us at info@creteroots.com.
Our team will review the case and, if necessary, open an investigation with the carrier. Investigations usually take 5–10 working days.

Please contact us within 30 days from the shipment date. After this period, tracking information may no longer be available and we may be unable to assist further.
