If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we encourage you to review the information below.

This policy applies in accordance with EU consumer protection laws and the nature of our products and programs.

Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of the order date, unless one of the exceptions below applies.

Exceptions to the Right of Withdrawal

Refunds or returns are not available in the following cases:

  • Personalized or customized items (e.g. certificates issued in a specific name, engraved or made-to-order items)

  • Participation programs that have already been activated or prepared

  • Digital products or downloads, once access has been provided

  • Items made to order upon request

These exclusions are permitted under EU consumer law.

Physical Products (Non-Personalized)

If your order includes non-personalized physical items, returns may be accepted provided that:

  • The item is unused and in its original condition

  • The return request is made within 14 days of the order date

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at
