You can visit your tree everyday!Nighttime visits are not possible due to insufficient lighting. Please inform CreteRoots at least three business days in advance by emailing info@creteroots.com.

Trees are assigned within the same olive grove. The Couple Program is designed to create a shared connection, and the trees are selected to reflect that connection as closely as possible. Please note that exact placement next to each other cannot always be guaranteed, as this depends on the natural layout of the grove.

Yes. CreteRoots programs are often chosen as gifts. During checkout, simply enter the name you would like to appear on the personalized certificate. You can choose to have the gift package sent directly to the recipient or delivered to you, so you can present it personally.

The cultivation program is ongoing and does not have a fixed end date. Your participation supports the long-term care and preservation of the olive grove. There is no renewal required, and no further obligation after your purchase.

Most of our wooden items are handmade and crafted with care. Due to the natural character of olive wood, each piece is unique.
