BACKGROUND

This agreement applies as between you, the User of this website, and CreteRoots, the owner and operator of this website. Your agreement to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions is deemed to occur upon your first use of the website. If you do not agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, you must stop using the website immediately. No part of this website is intended to constitute a contractual offer capable of acceptance. Your order constitutes a contractual offer, and our acceptance of that offer is deemed to occur upon our sending a dispatch email to you indicating that your order has been fulfilled and is on its way to you.

11. Delivery

11.1 A dispatch confirmation email will be sent upon shipment of Goods.
11.2 Users must report any issues within 10 working days of receiving Goods.

12. Returns Policy

12.1 If you receive products that do not match those you ordered, unless accompanied by an explanatory note detailing the changes, the reasons for them, and your options, you must contact us within 30 days to arrange their return. CreteRoots is not responsible for return shipping costs. You will have the option to have the products replaced with those you ordered (if available) or to be refunded via the payment method you used for the purchase. Refunds and replacements will be issued up to 30 days after we have received the returned products.

12.2 If the products you purchased have defects upon delivery, you must contact CreteRoots within 30 days to arrange their return. We are not responsible for return shipping costs. Products must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging and accompanying documentation. Upon receipt of the returned products, the price of the products, as paid by you, will be refunded via the payment method you used.

12.3 If the products are damaged during transit, and the damage is apparent upon delivery, you must report such damage to CreteRoots within 30 days and arrange their return. CreteRoots is not responsible for return shipping costs. Upon receipt of the returned products, the price of the products, as paid by you, will be refunded via the payment method you used.

12.4 If the products have been dispatched or delivered to you, but you have changed your mind, you may return them to CreteRoots within 30 days of receipt. Products can only be returned for this reason if their packaging remains unopened and the products can be resold as new, without any additional work by CreteRoots. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs if products are returned for this reason.

12.5 If you wish to return products to CreteRoots for any of the above reasons, please contact us using the details provided on our website to arrange the return.

12.6 CreteRoots reserves the right to exercise discretion regarding any return under these Terms and Conditions. Factors that may be considered include, but are not limited to:

12.6.1 Any use or enjoyment of the products that you may have already had.
12.6.2 Characteristics of the products that may cause them to deteriorate or expire quickly.
12.6.3 The fact that the products consist of audio or video recordings or are personalized, and their packaging has been opened.
12.6.4 Any discounts that may have formed part of the purchase price of the products to reflect any lack of quality made known to the customer at the time of purchase.

Discretion will only be exercised within the confines of the law.

15.3 CreteRoots reserves the right to cancel any purchases at our sole discretion, without providing a reason, at any time before payment is processed or the order is dispatched.

15.4 If a purchase is cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch, any payment received for the cancelled purchase will be refunded in full to the original payment method.

15.5 If you choose to terminate your Account, any purchases that have not yet been dispatched will be cancelled, and any payments made for these purchases will be refunded in full to the original payment method.
